Private customers of NoorderSoft are entitled to return the ordered goods if they find that the goods do not meet their expectations. The maximum delay for a return is 14 days. Within that period of 14 days you may notify NoorderSoft per e-mail that you’ll be returning the goods. NoorderSoft will refund within 14 days the purchase sum upon reception of the goods, complete and in a good state. The charges for the return are to be settled by the customer.
If you notify NoorderSoft by mail about your intention to return the goods, please add your bank account (IBAN) number, BIC and the name, address and city of the account holder. The return arrangement is part of the “Wet Verkoop Op Afstand” (the Dutch law on online sales).
